Become a Friend of Daws Hall

Daws Hall is an independent Nature Reserve and Centre for Environmental Education in Lamarsh, on the river Stour that forms the Suffolk/Essex border.

Our experienced and enthusiastic team cater for visits from pre-school through to higher education. We offer a varied programme of activities tailored to the needs of the group, in all seasons.

Alongside these educational visits, we host a series of publicly available workshops and family days. Our goal is to keep the ticket price of everything we deliver accessible. To make this possible, we are heavily reliant on income from grant giving trusts and individual donors.

We need your support to continue our work, conserving the environment and giving young people the chance to learn immersed in nature.

What does my support mean?

Your donation will help us to provide funding to our core activities, supplying our education centre with equipment, subsidising the cost of our teaching staff to keep our visits accessible to all.

And what do I get?

  • Free entrance to all Daws Hall Public Open Days.

  • Access to a number of private "Friends Days".

  • Annual Newsletter.

  • Priority booking and 25% discount for all adult courses.

  • Regular e-mail updates, if requested.

What does it cost?
